The moon keeps twitching itself

It follows the sun, like a question forgotten how to ask,
Half covered with the tide, half with a flag,
A shadow was told once, was believed to be the reflection of clouds.
•
The sky moved
It changed its colour
I wasn't standing
Now the sun is twitching the craters of the earth
